Pen Argyl Area School District adopts budget with 1.67 percent tax increase

The board voted 7-1 in favor of a $26.5 million budget, which calls for a 0.76-mill tax increase, bringing the tax rate to 46.4 mills. Board member Ethan Habrial represented the only dissenting vote and board member Christopher Graham was absent.
