Eagles agree to terms with Pro Bowl DE Babin

FROM THE MORNING CALL

The Philadelphia Eagles have reached agreement with Pro Bowl defensive end Jason Babin, who recorded 12 1/2 sacks last year for the Tennessee Titans, according to the team's web site, www.philadelphiaeagles.com.

Babin reportedly will sign a five-year deal on Friday. He will be reunited with defensive line coach Jim Washburn, who joins the Eagles this year after spending 12 years as a Titans coach.

Babin, 31, played for the Eagles in 2009, recording 2 1/2 sacks, before leaving for Tennessee as a free agent last season.
