THE NAZARETH WAY

The Nazareth Way

Wrestling is the world's oldest and greatest sport. There are lessons that can be learned in no other way than through participating in wrestling. In what better way can a high school-aged boy learn the following:

a great work ethic
discipline
honesty
responsibility
dependability
perseverance
sportsmanship
team attitude
courteousness
importance of projecting a positive image
working and performing under pressure
ability to successfully deal with such things as adversity, unfairness, failure, discouragement, as well as SUCCESS

At Nazareth, the coaching staff is firmly committed to teaching and developing these qualities and characteristics in each member of our team. We believe that if these qualities are taught and developed in our boys that success in wrestling...as well as in life...will be the natural result.

We believe that wrestling has a great deal to offer to those who, not only choose to participate, but persevere and "see this thing through!" There are many stories of those who, credit their experience through wrestling for who and what they have become today. For those who have done it? You are indeed special... for you are... a WRESTLER!
